I SO wish I could go for a run and wipe this Monday clean off the books, but fog is too dense out there - need to be safe.

i am a distance runner. I have been trained to keep going. Even when it hurts, when it sucks, when i dont want to, i look past it. Relentless forward progress to the finish. Call it what you want: stubbornness, endurance, determination, guts. Deep down, i dont know how to give up, and its always worth it in the end
Just keep going. Breathe in and breathe out. Put one foot in front of the other. Take the good with the bad, and try your best to remember and believe that things won’t feel this way forever.

About:

This blog will be dedicated to my training to run my first half marathon. I am a freshman in college and ran high school cross country for four years. This is my first time during a longer distance race and I am super excited to start my running journey. :)
