NIGHT BEFORE THE RACE! Today I did a slow mile and stretched really throughly after. I just used a foam roller and stretched a little more. Today I ate plenty of carbs and drank SO much water. I am so excited for tomorrow morning. Hoping I can fall asleep soon so I can wake up bright and early. Wish me luck :)

TWO DAYS UNTIL RACE DAY!! Today I did an easy 3 miles. I stopped abd stretched after the first mile and stretched a ton after. I need to make sure my legs are as relaxed as possible. I also used a foam roller and rolled out my muscles. I am started to get excited but so nervous! Now the forecast has 50% chance of rain for saturday so I hope that doesn’t happen!
